WEST PALM BEACH- PBA President John Kazanjian today announced both the Palm Beach County PBA and the Florida PBA’s endorsement of Rolando Silva for State Attorney.
PBA President John Kazanjian said: “Captain Rolando Silva is a decorated law enforcement officer with over 35 years of experience. He has served in a variety of Command-Level leadership positions, including serving as District Commander for the Village of Wellington, City of Lake Worth Beach and Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay districts of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. He also served as a Special State Prosecutor for the 15th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s office. As the only true law and order candidate in this race, Captain Rolando Silva has a proven track record of being tough on crime and holding criminals fully accountable. He is committed to ending the revolving door of juvenile recidivism in our county and will help keep our communities safe by aggressively prosecuting juvenile crimes before they escalate into more serious crimes. He has earned the respect and trust of the law enforcement community and we are proud to endorse him for State Attorney.”
Thanking the PBA for their endorsement, Captain Rolando Silva said, “I want to express my sincere gratitude for the generous support extended by the Florida Police Benevolent Association and the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association. Your unwavering support has been instrumental in our ability to navigate this important election. As the largest law enforcement union in Florida, the PBA, along with the unwavering support and endorsement of the largest Fire Rescue Union in the county- IAFF 28, has positioned our campaign as the most credible choice within the community. The community recognizes that those who risk their lives daily possess invaluable insights as to which candidates will best serve the interests of the public. The endorsement of the PBA is truly invaluable to any candidate and I want to express my utmost appreciation for your support. Together, we will ensure that public safety for Palm Beach County residents remains a top priority.”
